Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

    1.  ⚠️Intended Use

Jarvis III® is designed solely for legitimate exams and legal procedures.

Strictly prohibited: Any use for espionage, cheating, leaking confidential information, or any activity that may endanger national security. Violators will face immediate termination of support and potential legal consequences.

    2. 🛡️Warranty

• 2-Year Limited Warranty: If the product experiences a non-human-caused failure within 2 years from the date of purchase, we will provide a free replacement.
• Accidental Damage: If the device is damaged due to user error (such as dropping, misuse, etc.), we offer repair service at a cost of approximately USD 300 – 500.

The expected maximum lifespan of Jarvis III® is about 5 years.

    3. 📦Return & Refund Policy

All products are made-to-order after size and model confirmation.

Once production begins, we are unable to accept returns due to the custom nature of each device.

If you receive the device and it fails to power on or has a critical defect, please don’t worry — contact us immediately with photos or videos. After we verify the issue, we will gladly offer you one of the following solutions:

• Produce and ship a brand new JavisIII at no extra cost
• Issue a full refund.
