1. Highly Customized Product – Contact Required

Jarvis III® is a highly personalized wearable exam system. To ensure every customer receives a device that fits perfectly and can be used immediately upon receipt, we customize the hat cord length and other fitting parameters based on your height and weight during production.

We currently offer 5 different configurations, and each item is tailored individually — sizes vary from person to person.

Therefore, direct checkout on the website is not available.

Please contact us with your height, weight, and preferred model so we can confirm the best custom solution for you.

2. Payment Policy

To serve customers from 12 different countries/regions smoothly, we cannot support direct payment in all local currencies.

We therefore accept USDT only (TRC20 network is recommended for the lowest fees).

Once we receive your order details, we will provide a dedicated USDT wallet address and assist with fair currency conversion.

3. Production and Shipping Timeline

We currently process over 150 orders per week. Due to strict quality control and individual customization, the time from payment confirmation to dispatch is approximately 5 working days.

International shipping from Hong Kong usually takes 5–10 working days, depending on the destination country.

We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
